Our food
Our cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean gastronomy: quality and seasonal products. Traveling has enabled us to learn of new flavors and combinations that have become part of our daily diet.
Our typical day may begin with a smoothie made from rice milk, spinach, fresh fruit, chia seeds, dark chocolate, muesli, yogurt, and nuts.
For lunch and dinner, we take into account whether it has been a very hard day of surfing or not, alternating between substantial or lighter, alkaline dishes.
